We are offering 2 classes to the community:
Seniors Yoga - Monday mornings 9:30 until 10:50.
This is an alignment based class-using props for ease in the poses.
We practice the classic poses. 
You need to be able to transistion from lying to standing for this class.
Yoga experience is helpful.
Chair Yoga - Monday mornings from 11:10 until 12:10.
This class is mainly practiced sitting in a chair-some standing poses with the chair for support as needed.
Suitable for beginners.
  • Both of these classes are designed to improve posture and increase strength, flexibility and balance.
  • Yoga is a grounding and calming practice.
  • All classes are by donation-suggested $10 as able.
  • Anne, our teacher, has specialized in teaching Yoga for +50 Adults since 2009.
  • Anne is a certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist.
