Weekly sessions on Monday mornings in the Wellington Hall. 

Gentle Yoga - 9:30 - 10:45 a.m.:

Gentle Yoga Learn the Yoga Poses with Props (Iyengar Style). You will need to bring your own Yoga Mat and a blanket or towel. Students in this class will be transitioning between standing, sitting and reclined poses.

Chair Yoga  11:05 - 12 noon:

Chair Yoga- modified Yoga mainly practiced in a Chair and some standing poses - with or without the use of the chair. NO mat is necessary and no reclined floor poses will be practiced.
